Job Requirements:

  1. 2 years or more of working experience in the field of drama or Drama in Education;
  2. Bachelor degree or above in drama or a Drama in Education major;
  3. Respect for children, willing to engage in children-centred arts education;
  4. Experience in working with children aged 3-8 y.o.;
  5. Teachers living in Beijing are preferred;
  6. Provide Insurance and working Visas;
  7. Salary discussable in interview

Course Consultant
Job Requirements:

  1. More than 3 years recruiting experience in Kindergarden or educational institutions;
  2. A love for the field of education, with strong market acuity and team management experience;
  3. College degree or above, major in preschool education, education, psychology, marketing;
  4. Familiar with families with 3-8 y.o. children, willing to help children and families develop;
  5. Standardized level of Mandarin, an affinity for and keen to communicate with people;
  6. Experience in recruitment or working with parents a priority!
  7. Salary discussable in interview.

Job Description:

  1. Answer the member’s consultation regarding the course, and provide a professional course system explanation to the customer;
  2. Complete individual and team sales tasks every month;
  3. Sales team management and training to ensure that the team operates successfully;
  4. Member follow-up and follow-up service work;
  5. Reception for Centre members;
  6. Setup Membership files, complete information, provide customer service for family Members;
  7. Responsibility for filing member contracts;
  8. Responsibility for Member course arrangement, customer relations maintenance, membership activities notification;
  9. Accept Member consultation, advice and complaints, solve customer problems, maintain good customer relationships;
  10. Follow up Membership service, implement and manage improvement plans, improve Member satisfaction;
